Our Story

We have found that support of field operations requires a combination of skill-sets
that is rarely found in a single team. From our corporate base in Calgary and
our field operations center in Grande Prairie, we have assembled a team of employees with a unique combination of skill sets for the purpose of supporting field operations for Western Canadian energy producers.

Meet The Leadership Team

John Sadowski

Founder, President & Lead Technical Director

John leads Provision in all aspects regarding technical and client operations. With a focus on field security and business continuity considerations for critical field assets, he leads a team that truly understands the field operators perspectives for IT/OT. John has decades of experience in the IT / OT including field work at over 200 oil and gas sites in Canada.

Paul McDougall

Chief Commercial Officer

As a prior CFO of several oil and gas companies, Paul brings the explorer and producer perspective into Provision’s operations and services, something that is a unique twist for an IT /OT company. Paul’s team handles all of our contract, PST, finance and accounting and hardware procurement matters.

Doug Liddell

Director of IT & Security Services

Doug brings a wealth of experience from the energy sector, and his proven track record in IT/OT, extensive leadership experience, and deep technical expertise will be invaluable in driving technology initiatives and optimizing operations

Gregory Copland

Director of Operational Services

Gregory directs Provision’s field team activities and focuses on field infrastructure and support. Gregory shares his time between Calgary and our field operations centre in Grande Prairie and is a leader in developing and maintaining our culture of safety.

Derek Clarke

Director of Business Services

Derek directs our Business Services Group which includes all client corporate infrastructure, communication, software and data backup functions. As our world became more digitized, Derek has also focused his team on general security matters including Cyber Security assessments, analysis and testing.
